US BASE PAY SCALE $22.97 - $29.00 The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
- Review, enter, post AP invoices to appropriate GL account into accounting software
- Assist in weekly vendor payment schedules
- Assist in reviewing purchase requisitions
- Assist in month-end close and related duties
- Support Financial Audit requests
- AA or BA Degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a similar position
- Accounts Payable Clerk, Bookkeeping, etc.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
- Knowledge of ERP systems usage and related data flow, Microsoft D365 a huge plus
