Teton Medicare is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Specialist . This position is critical to the success of our office. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming experience for our clients, insurance companies, and agents.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Duties

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.
• Take and deliver messages accurately and promptly.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Submit paperwork and assist with document processing.
• Perform general office and administrative duties.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the insurance products and services offered by Teton Medicare.
• Answer questions from clients, insurance companies, and agents.
• Assist clients with policy-related questions and service requests.
• Work with insurance carriers and agents to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, benefits, and products.
• Assist agents with customer service-related tasks and follow-up.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous office administration experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• During the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), additional hours and occasional Saturdays will be required.
