Teton Medicare is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Specialist . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, staying organized, and contributing to a positive team environment.
This position is critical to the success of our office. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming experience for our clients, insurance companies, and agents.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.
- Take and deliver messages accurately and promptly.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Submit paperwork and assist with document processing.
- Perform general office and administrative duties.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the insurance products and services offered by Teton Medicare.
- Answer questions from clients, insurance companies, and agents.
- Assist clients with policy-related questions and service requests.
- Work with insurance carriers and agents to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, benefits, and products.
- Assist agents with customer service-related tasks and follow-up.
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

- Proficient with computers and various software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office administration experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- During the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), additional hours and occasional Saturdays will be required.
