We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead construction projects within the property industry. This role is based in Boston and offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end project execution. Candidate ideally has Adaptive reuse and urban redevelopment experience! Client Details Office in Boston, MA Projects in Downtown Boston 30+ employees Lead and Operate projects up to $30M Go getter, entrepreneurial mind set, client facing, looking to help grow the business Family owned and Operated Projects range from brownstone renovations to retail fit outs and everything in between Description Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Profile A strong understanding of construction project management principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in the property industry. Outstanding communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
