Remote Project Manager - Multifamily - Boston, MA

A leading multifamily developer/GC is seeking an experience Project Manager to oversee a large-scale wood-frame residential project in the Greater Boston area. This is a REMOTE-FIRST POSITION with a limited site presence, offering strong long-term growth as multiple projects break ground locally. With a strong pipeline of large-scale residential developments and a growing presence in key markets, they are known for delivering high-quality housing across market-rate, mixed-income, and affordable sectors. Description The Remote Project Manager will: Lead the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects. Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance. Oversee project execution using Procore and related tools. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Drive project timelines and proactively resolve risks/issues. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership. Support multiple Boston-area as pipeline expands. Profile The successful Remote Project Manager should have: 10-15 years of constructio project management experience. Strong background delivering wood-frame multifamily projects. Proven ability to manage large-scale residential developments. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be based in the Greater Boston area.
