Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Area Director. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with referral sources in the community from Hendersonville - Clarksville. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the community
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and senior living facilities
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and their families
- Educate referral sources and clients about our home care services
- Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of home care services and the healthcare landscape is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
