You’ll be the go-to person for identifying maintenance needs and addressing them promptly. Safety First: Conduct regular checks on water temperatures and sprinkler system pressures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Your vigilance will help maintain a safe environment for everyone. Maintenance Maestro: Jump in to assist with general facility maintenance and repairs whenever needed. Whether it’s carpentry, plumbing, or painting, your skills will keep our facilities in top shape! Schedule Like a Pro: Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance appointments for tasks that require outside expertise, ensuring minimal disruption to our programs and staff. Document with Precision: Conduct periodic facility walk-throughs and document necessary repairs. Your attention to detail will help us maintain our high standards. Team Player: Maintain strong professional relationships with contractors and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for all maintenance projects. Emergency Ready: Conduct quarterly and yearly testing of fire alarms and sprinkler systems. Your preparedness will help keep our facilities safe and compliant.
