These values shape our everyday actions and guide us in achieving our mission and serving our clients effectively.What's in it for you?Paid Holiday, Sick, and Vacation TimeHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k PlanHealthcare Spending or Reimbursement AccountsCheck out what our associates are saying on Glassdoor!Job DescriptionComplete work orders within designated time frameComplete turn over on all apartments that move out within 5 days of move outSurvey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standardsPerform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)Maintain and repair plumbing and heating componentsPrepare, prime, and paint building interior and exterior surfacesMaintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and controllers.Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts and other building systemsPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentDocument work performance and materials procurement as directedQualificationsPrevious working experience as a Maintenance Technician for (1) year(s) - RequiredMust be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basisAny additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (HVAC, CMRP etc.)In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsApplicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesManual dexterity and attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational skillsProblem solving aptitudeHigh school diplomaAdditional InformationProperties: Park City View & Park Tower (132 units)Pay: $27 - 30 hourly; discounted on site housing availableSchedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm.
