⚡ LIGHTING MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN WANTED

Protek Electrical is seeking an experienced and reliable Lighting Maintenance Electrician to join our team.

Position: Lighting Maintenance Electrician

Experience Required: Previous lighting maintenance experience required
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of interior and exterior lighting systems
• Diagnose and repair lighting issues, including fixtures, ballasts, drivers, photocells, timers, and controls
• Replace and install LED fixtures, lamps, drivers, and other lighting components
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial lighting systems
• Work on parking lot lighting, building exterior lighting, office lighting, warehouse lighting, and emergency/exit lighting
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits related to lighting systems
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to applicable electrical codes
• Complete service reports and communicate findings with management and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Requirements

• Previous lighting maintenance and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Strong knowledge of LED lighting systems, drivers, ballasts, photocells, timers, and lighting controls
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and lighting problems efficiently
• Experience working with commercial lighting systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and customer-service skills
