Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
3. Diagnose equipment failures and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
4. Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial equipment.
5. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
6. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, switches, relays, and control systems.
7. Assist with installation, setup, and modification of new manufacturing equipment.
8. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
9. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs and equipment issues.
10. Follow all OSHA, safety, quality, and aerospace manufacturing procedures.
11. Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment problems.
12. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
