Payroll Specialist
Robert Half
We’re partnering with a growing, mission-driven organization to add a Payroll Specialist to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, collaborative payroll group supporting a large, multi-state workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle payroll for assigned entities
- Process garnishments, verifications, and employee payroll requests
- Review payroll reports and ensure accuracy/compliance
- Handle payroll-related inquiries through a ticketing system
- Partner with the team to meet payroll deadlines
✅ What You Bring
- 5+ years of high-volume, multi-state payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and garnishments
- Experience with Workday (or similar)
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- CPP preferred
