Vier Insurance Group LLC, an independently owned and operated Allstate Insurance Agency located in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team.

We are looking for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and growing their career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow the agency’s customer base.
• Sell and promote Property & Casualty insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and other personal lines coverage.
• Identify customers’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, provide insurance quotes, and convert prospects into customers.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing policyholders.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow all applicable insurance regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the agency professionally.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required. Must hold a Nevada license or be eligible to obtain Nevada licensing before selling insurance.
• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate sales, close business, and meet performance goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on customer opportunities.
• Experience with Allstate products or agency systems is a plus, but not required.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
