B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to represent our exceptional products/services and contribute to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their packaging needs Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals. Close deals and achieve sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. Requirements: 3 years minimum previous experience in sales, preferably in packaging or a related field. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. A customer-centric approach with a keen understanding of customer needs and a dedication to providing outstanding service. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
