We are seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Program Management to lead large-scale business and technology initiatives that drive organizational transformation and operational excellence. This individual will oversee complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved through effective planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and governance. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing enterprise-wide ERP initiatives, leading transformational change, and partnering with executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Rate: $95.00 to $110.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple strategic programs and large-scale initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Direct enterprise transformation efforts involving ERP modernization, process improvement, system integration, and organizational change.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic goals.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, status reporting, and governance processes.
• Drive organizational readiness, communication, and change adoption efforts.
• Identify and resolve program issues while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of program or project management experience leading complex initiatives.
• Experience overseeing large-scale ERP, digital transformation, or system implementation programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools. Visio, and Microsoft Office applications.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification required.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
