Maintenance SupervisorHabitat America, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Annapolis, MD for Bay Forest Senior Apartments. Applicants who are qualified for this position have 3+ years prior apartment maintenance experience. Intermediate to advanced experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. HVAC & CFC certifications are a plus! Extensive plumbing experience is desired. This position is responsible for all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance. In addition to technical maintenance tickets, this position will assist with unit turnovers and be part of the after-hours on-call rotation.Required qualifications include:3+ years prior maintenance supervisory experience desiredEnergetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work as a teamExperience with apartment maintenance; appliance troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and paintingHVAC/CFC Certification is preferredMust be able to understand and oversee work performed by contractors and county.Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all timesMust have reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergenciesThe ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantlyAvailability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotationHabitat America offers an exciting working atmosphere with advancement opportunities, competitive salary, along with benefits.
