Job Description
Jennifer King is hiring Insurance Benefits Specialists to meet with families, explain options clearly, and help them apply for life + supplemental health coverage.
This is a performance-based role . Your income is tied to results— client appointments completed, enrollments, follow-up, and retention (renewals)—not a fixed hourly schedule.

Start in-person: Northport, AL or Meridian, MS
Remote option: available after onboarding + licensing
Schedule: flexible weekdays; optional Saturdays
What You’ll Do
Hold client appointments (in-person or virtual)
Ask discovery questions and document needs (income, health, dependents)
Explain plan options in plain language and recommend coverage
Submit applications and keep paperwork accurate and complete
Follow up to support clients after enrollment
Build referrals from clients you help and grow repeat business
Train daily (role-plays, call reviews, live coaching)
Earn While You Learn (Paid Training + Licensing)
Paid onboarding starts day 1 with licensed mentor support
Life & Health licensing scholarship: required costs covered
Training includes live client exposure , not only classroom sessions
What We Need From You
Comfortable speaking with new people and handling follow-up
Willing to get licensed in Life & Health (company-paid scholarship)
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, recruiting, or call centers helps
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Growth (Performance-Based)
$49,500–$120,000+ 1st-year earning potential (varies by production)
Bonuses may be available during onboarding (based on results/metrics)
Renewal-based income from long-term clients
Leadership path in 6–12 months based on performance
