Associate Vice President of Human Resources Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President of Human Resource staff to provide strategic leadership and oversight of a comprehensive HR function within a dynamic and mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for all Human Resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, HRIS, and professional development Lead complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding Drive organization-wide performance management processes and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, COBRA, Workers' Compensation, and Title IX Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, policy development, and organizational effectiveness Oversee HR systems, personnel records, reporting, and data integrity Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Human Resources professionals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree required Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience At least 7 years of supervisory experience with increasing leadership responsibility Strong background in employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, and organizational development Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, COBRA, Workers' Compensation, and Title IX Previous experience serving as a Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Title IX Coordinator Professional HR certification required (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP) Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Why Apply Competitive salary of $120,000–$130,00'0 based on experience Collaborative leadership team and positive workplace culture Opportunity to influence organizational strategy and lead transformational HR initiatives Join an organization committed to investing in its employees and long-term growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
