Finance Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting processes, and day-to-day finance activities. This role will work closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to maintain accurate financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities\n

• Oversee daily finance operations and related business processes.

• Coordinate financial reporting, reconciliations, and transaction reviews.

• Monitor financial processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
\n
• Review financial data and prepare management reports and operational insights.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and internal workflows.
\n
• Coordinate with accounting and other departments to resolve financial issues.
\n
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and cash flow activities.
\n
• Maintain appropriate financial documentation and operational records.
\n
• Support internal controls and established financial procedures.
\n
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial activities.
\n
• Track operational finance metrics and report performance to leadership.
\n
• Support audits and provide requested financial documentation.
\n
• Assist with implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools.
\n
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n
• 4+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, financial analysis, or a related area.
\n
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and reconciliations.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
