Physical Therapist AssistantCome join an amazing rehab team! Adara Living seeking an innovative and clinically driven Physical Therapist Assistant to pick up as needed. We are a privately owned company with over 185 beds.Qualifications- Must be a Colorado licensed PTA- 1-year clinical experience preferred- Skilled Nursing experience preferredResponsibilities- Reviews supervising therapists plan of cares and appropriately delivers treatment interventions in line with plan of care goals.- Complete timely, accurate and supportive documentation in accordance with company policy and federal and state guidelines/regulations.- Administer treatment modalities as clinically indicated to treat patient specific needs.- Communicate effectively with supervising therapist about any acute changes in patient status to allow for assessments to be completed and plan of care adjusted as needed.- Effectively communicate patient progress and lack of progress to supervising therapist so treatment can be adjusted to better meet patient's needs.- Assist with management of PT caseload along with DOR and supervising therapist- Be familiar with Colorado State Practice Act and Laws in regard to visit count, progress note guidelines and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical practice.- Other duties may be assigned.Job Type: PRNPay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hourBenefits:Vision/health/dental/paid time off: FT401 k: FT/PT/PRNSick pay accrual: PT/PRNAdara Living is an equal opportunity employer
