- Evaluate residents' needs and provide individualized therapy to support their goals.
- Help residents build strength, improve function, and maintain or regain independence.
- Keep accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate with residents, families, caregivers, and facility teams.
- Provide education on restorative techniques and strategies that support continued progress.
- Supervise therapy assistants and students when applicable to your discipline and role.
- Support coverage across assigned communities, including travel or floating as needed.
- Follow professional standards, applicable regulations, and company policies.
- Graduation from an accredited program in your therapy discipline.
- A valid license-or eligibility to obtain licensure-in the state where you'll provide services. Required licensure must be in place before providing care.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
- A dependable, professional approach and a commitment to person-centered care.
