Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Receptionist! The Receptionist facilitates the flow of organization information; to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face.

Essential Job Functions:

• Promptly greets patients, visitors and staff who enter facility; makes eye contact with and greets walk-in guests in a pleasant courteous and clear tone of voice
• Provides routine organization-related information to callers and visitors; consistently communicates within boundaries of confidentiality policies and procedures
• Signs for, receives, sorts, and routes incoming mail, including courier deliveries daily
• Provides back-up clerical support to various departments; responds willingly and courteously to requests to provide special assistance

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent, some college credits or degrees preferred or relevant work experience in medical office setting
• Experience: preferred or relevant work experience in medical office setting
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM / Determined by the Communications Manager
