This opportunity involves working on a 24-bed Medical Cardiology Unit, caring for patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. Schedule/Hours:

• Nights, every other weekend
• 36 hours per week

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required)
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years' recent experience with a strong cardiac background
• Demonstrated proficiency in Telemetry, Cardiology, and post-cath care procedures, including PCI, ICD, PPM, and Ablation
• Skilled in interpreting telemetry strips and administering cardiac drips
• Familiarity with TR Band and Femoral approach

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse adult population with acute and chronic cardiac conditions
• Accurately interpret telemetry strips and execute cardiac drips
• Provide post-cath care for PCI, ICD, PPM, ablation, and related procedures
• Manage RN-to-patient ratios of 1:5 during days and 1:6 during nights
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to best practices in a fast-paced setting
