Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Parts and Estimates Specialist with a deep mechanical understanding of Class 8 heavy-duty trucks and trailer. In this role, you will leverage your hands-on industry knowledge to ensure absolute accuracy in parts ordering and repair estimation. The ideal candidate has background experience as a heavy-duty technician or parts manager, combined with the strong digital skills to manage inventory data and navigate specialized software.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and order correct parts for Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Create accurate labor and material repair estimates for clients and technicians
• Master and navigate proprietary fleet management and parts catalog software
• Communicate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

Complete knowledge of Class 8 heavy-duty tractor-trailer components.
