Location: 1161 Park Rd, Blandon, PA 19510 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Admin Assistant to support the operations of our mushroom farm's equipment and garage. This role is critical to keeping equipment organized, maintained, and available for daily farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage registrations, titles, and documentation for all farm equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate equipment usage to support farm operations.
• Collaborate with Fill In / Takeout crews to ensure all equipment is properly set up and ready for use.
• Utilize Limble (maintenance management software) to track equipment maintenance and requests.
• Order parts and establish inventory for garage and farm equipment.
• Maintain organized records and reports related to equipment, parts, and inventory.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Valid PA driver's license and must be insurable through company vehicle program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and coordinate equipment effectively.
• Experience with inventory management and equipment scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Physical Requirements: Some light lifting may be required. Ability to work in a farm environment.
