Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in New Mexico
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials accepted
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but motivated Clinical Fellows are welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and advocating for individual needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services for students within elementary and secondary grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student learning and communication goals
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to building a positive, inclusive learning climate
