Job Description Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Williamsburg, MD. In this school-based role, you will work with students to enhance their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities, helping them succeed both academically and socially. Responsibilities Evaluate students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills to develop individualized therapy plans. Provide direct therapy services to students based on their needs and goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outes. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students needs and progress. Stay updated on best practices and developments in occupational therapy. Qualifications Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Maryland. Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred. Strong munication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educational staff. Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
