Customer Service Administrator - 409005 (Miami)

Client Overview Our client, a large retail company, is looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team. This opportunity is a temporary-only engagement. This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator seeking administrative and logistics experience at a globally recognized company. Reliability, a great attitude, and a customer-centric mindset are key to success in this role. Salary/Hourly Rate $18/hr - $21/hr Position Overview A qualified candidate is sought for the After Sales Service Department to perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, reception duties, mailer preparation, and shipping. The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Administrator role will have prior experience in related tasks, proficiency with Microsoft Windows, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, “can-do” attitude and forward-thinking mindset are essential. Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Administrator
- Perform data entry and administrative support tasks.
- Manage reception duties and prepare mailers.
- Handle shipping processes.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- High attention to detail.
- Solid administration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Prior experience in administrative roles within customer service or after-sales departments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent highly preferred.
