Remote Child & Adolescent Intake Therapist

Blackbird Health

Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist to conduct telehealth intake sessions and provide ongoing therapy for youth, guiding care from initial assessment through treatment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive, whole-child care and engage families throughout the process.

The role supports afterschool, evening, and weekend sessions, with a sign-on bonus for founding providers and a strong commitment to flexible scheduling and
