This role serves as the primary client contact and is accountable for ensuring all client activity, proposals, service requests, and communication are accurately tracked in Aspire to maintain transparency and alignment between sales, service, and production teams.The Client Relationship Manager partners closely with Operations Managers and branch leadership to deliver exceptional service, maintain strong client relationships, and support long-term account growth. A successful Client Relationship Manager brings strong relationship-building skills, financial awareness, operational partnership, and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for clients and the business. This team member manages a portfolio generally ranging from $1.5M to $2M in annual revenue.As one of our Client Relationship Managers, you will have the following areas of responsibility:Client Engagement & RetentionServe as the strategic relationship owner for assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, visible face of the company, and trusted advisor for clientsDevelop, build, nurture, and maintain exceptional client relationships across a portfolio of commercial landscape clients while serving as the primary relationship and escalation contactPartner closely with Operations teams to ensure service readiness, proactive communication, and effective problem-solving to support both strategic and day-to-day client needsPromote a high level of client retention by proactively addressing concerns, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to mitigate client turnover and support renewal successPartner with Business Development Managers to support successful client account transitions and ensure client expectations align with operational deliveryCreate Executive Summaries outlining issues, opportunities, and recommended solutions, presenting findings to clients and leadership as applicableLead interactions internally and externally to deliver expected service outcomes while achieving a high level of client delightGrowth & Revenue ExpansionIdentify enhancement and upsell opportunities during site visits and routine client interactionsPartner with operations teams to develop accurate enhancement proposals, pricing, and scope recommendationsMonitor proposal pipelines, follow-up activities, and close rates to support revenue growthSupport branch growth initiatives through disciplined account management and opportunity developmentOperational Partnership & Service CoordinationPartner closely with Operations Managers, Production Managers, Superintendents, and Crew Leaders to align priorities and ensure service consistencyUtilize Aspire work tickets and job notes to communicate client expectations, service updates, and operational prioritiesParticipate in production meetings to review upcoming work, client feedback, and enhancement schedulesSupport issue resolution by coordinating with operations teams to address client concerns and service challengesQualifications & Core CompetenciesFive or more years of client service, account management, property management, or related B2B service industry experience requiredExperience using Aspire or similar CRM or service management platforms preferredProven ability to build strong client relationships and grow accounts through relationship-based sellingStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a polished and professional presenceExceptional listening skills with the ability to understand client needs and respond effectivelyFinancial awareness with the ability to understand pricing, job costing, and margin performanceAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistentlyAbility to collaborate effectively with operations teams to align service execution with client expectationsGrowth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue expansionValid driver's license required and ability to travel locally to client sitesDriver QualificationsTo qualify as a Driver, in addition to the above, you must:Possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States for a minimum of three yearsMaintain a clean driving record for at least three yearsSuccessfully pass a drug screeningWhat We Can Offer You:At Sunrise Landscape, joining our team means more than accepting a job—it means building a long-term career with a company that values professionalism, reliability, and personal growth.We are committed to providing a workplace where you can develop your skills, advance your career, contribute to a high-performing team, and do meaningful work alongside people who embody our core values of accountability, resilience, and collaboration.
