Fleet Operations Associate

The Mission Readiness team is seeking a dedicated associate to support daily fleet operations at our test sites. This role involves ensuring on-time vehicle readiness for scheduled tests and service operations, maintaining the organization and presentation of the test site, and supporting regulatory compliance and parts inventory management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel locally and nationally (less than 30%)
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks during shifts
• Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
• Compliance with the Substance Abuse Policy
• Prior work experience in the industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suites
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support company milestones and optimize drive operations across multiple locations
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use
• Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
• Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness
• Perform routine charging of test vehicles and supporting equipment
• Execute mission prep procedures including software launching and configuration verification
• Provide support as a member of the Incident Response Team during vehicle recovery scenarios
• Support the readiness of spare parts and associated inventory
