Recruiter
Location: Northampton, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (some flexibility)
Pay: $24.00/hour
Duration: 6-month temporary assignment
- Source qualified Direct Support candidates through Indeed, social media, local organizations, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
Conduct initial phone screening interviews with prospective candidates.
Complete required new-hire paperwork and recruitment documentation.
Coordinate and schedule required training for new hires.
Assist with additional recruiting and administrative tasks as needed.
Previous experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates preferred.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and website navigation.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
