A-1 Affordable Construction is a well established Chimney, Roofing, Gutters, and Masonry company serving all areas of New Jersey, parts of PA & NY . We are seeking an exciting, aggressive experienced individual who speaks well on the phone and can fulfill the Clerical support and dispatch functions for our sales team. This candidate must be able to perform well in a fast paced environment while remaining confident and professional. They should be well spoken ,focused and make a great, energetic personal presentation. light sales experience will definitely be a plus. This person will be working closely with top management in our company and must comport themselves accordingly.
Detailed Description:
- · Coordinate, schedule and communicate information from our sales personnel.
- Preferred Bilingual, English/Spanish ******
- · Communicate clear and concise details of all jobs in database
- · Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries, provide positive and effective service
- · Should be able to take specifications from technicians and put them together into a proposal
- · Assess and prioritize emergency situations while using independent judgement
- · Perform other related office duties as assigned
