Service Order Coordinator

Our client, a global equipment manufacturer in the Trevose area is looking to hire an experienced Service Order Coordinator to join their opeartaions team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end post-sales support, handling purchase orders, sales orders, quotes, and light accounting functions. This position is open due to an upcoming leave of absence and internal team growth, with possibility to turn into a long-term, permanent opportunity for the right candidate

salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

·         Order Management: Process customer transactions, including quotes, orders, and warranty requests.

·         Communication: Handle customer queries via phone or email, providing product, price, and technical information.

·         Logistics & Support: Coordinate with production and logistics to track shipments and communicate any variances in schedules to customers.

·         Complaint Resolution: Resolve service or billing complaints, which may include processing returns or issuing refunds.

·         Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the company database.

·         Sales Support: Proactively suggest products, services, or upgrades to increase customer satisfaction and support sales goals]
