Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with proven presentation skills and demonstrated self-motivation skills. As a Service Coordinator, you will manage daily calls, travel arrangements, and maintain customer records and requests. Position Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to): Manage daily incoming calls, travel arrangements, customer service needs. Track and coordinate field service technician schedules. Data entry of customer orders, establish accounts, and prepare sales orders for production. Provide pricing and availability information as requested. Answer product and service questions via telephone and email. Process credit card orders. Maintain customer records, update account information, and file printed documentation. Manage customer requests for shipping information and expedited delivery. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s need/concern, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting corrective action. Follow up to assure resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accounts by processing adjustments and returned goods authorizations. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Responsible for logging and ticketing efforts for efficiency and accuracy. Contributes to team effort by completing other tasks as assigned. Talents and Qualifications (Required): 2 years of related experience High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Electrical applications (circuitry) or lighting experience SAP experience highly preferred Essential Job Functions Stationary position: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Moving, traversing: Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Operating, using: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. Communicating, expressing oneself: Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Perceiving, identifying, observing: The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Physical Demands Able to bend, squat, twist, climb stairs and lift. While performing the duties of this position the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand, talk and listen with occasional bending, stooping, crouching and kneeling. Regularly required to use hands to fingers. Duties require use of computer software and equipment that involve regularly sitting for extended periods of time and repetitive hand movements. Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 20 lbs.
