Facility Guidelines Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment Auto Offers are contingent upon facility approval.
