PT 3rd Shift Certified Caregiver

Job Overview Riverview Village Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. The caregiver encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves dignity through professional conduct and interactions. Key Responsibilities Exhibit a positive customer service attitude, being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others. Take personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision. Maintain consistent attendance and address work-related problems with appropriate individuals. Communicate effectively through careful listening, sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, giving thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting. Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information. Present with a neat, clean appearance. Participate in designated facility in‑services. Assist new staff in learning job tasks and responsibilities. Key Qualifications Prior direct care experience (preferred). High school diploma or GED. Current CPR certification (preferred).
