Certified Medication Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (CMT/CNA) Full-Time and Part-Time positions Available

Current Shifts:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift : 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$3.00/hr.)
NOC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hr.)

What You’ll Do:

Administer Medications with Care: Use your specialized training to ensure safe and accurate medication administration.
Be a Trusted Advocate: Observe, identify, and communicate changes in residents’ health to the nursing team.
Provide Comprehensive Care: Blend CNA skills with med tech expertise to support both daily living and medical needs.
Promote Safety & Healing: Follow best practices in hygiene, safety, and medication management.
Make a Daily Difference: Empower residents by supporting their independence, comfort, and well-being.

What You’ll Need:

Active CNA certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)
Successful completion of the State Medication Administration Training Program (NOT CBRF)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Reliability, compassion, and a commitment to resident-centered care
