Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.How You Will Make an Impact Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Investor Services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Oversee the day-to-day operations of Investor Services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements and service level agreements.Act as a primary point of contact for key investor relationships, building and maintaining strong partnerships.Manage the investor onboarding process, including KYC/AML due diligence, subscription document review, and system setup.Supervise the preparation and distribution of investor statements, capital calls, distributions, and other ad-hoc reporting. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of investor inquiries, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., fund accounting, legal, compliance) as needed. Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance the investor experience and operational efficiency.Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Participate in client pitches and due diligence meetings, representing SS&C's Investor Services capabilities. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting investor services.Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve data integrity.Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA. 8+ years of experience in investor services, client services, or fund operations within the alternative investments industry (hedge funds, private equity, real estate).5+ years of leadership experience or management role, with proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.Deep understanding of alternative investment fund structures, operations, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS).Strong knowledge of investor reporting requirements and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with industry-standard fund administration software (e.g., Geneva, Advent, Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What Sets You Apart(preferred qualifications)Master degree with 8 years industry experience or CFA is a plusJoin SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $115,000 USD to $210,000 USD.
