Location: Mattoon, IL
Specialty/Setting: Pediatrics - Outpatient
Start Date: 60-90 Days
Support: 1 Physician and 3 APPs
Other Info:
- One of our most beloved pediatric nurse practitioners is retiring
- This clinic is on the hospital campus
- No inpatient responsibility as we have pediatric hospitalists
Compensation:
- $265,000 base salary
- Bonus based on RVU production
- Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
Benefits: Full Benefits
- $40,000 Sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus
- $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
- 33 days of PTO
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- Malpractice with tail included at no cost
