Reports to: Operations Manager Description: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and supervising a team of 1-5 maintenance personnel. This role includes coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and supporting operational efficiency at chemical distribution facility in New Haven, CT. To fulfill these responsibilities, the Maintenance Supervisor is empowered to manage work priority, engage the proper resources to develop and implement equipment, process, and administrative standards, identify training opportunities throughout the plant, and recommend asset selection criteria and installation standards. The Maintenance Supervisor will monitor department performance relative to safety, environment, reliability, quality, efficiency, and cost control to continually improve performance.
