Du agierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Management, SCM und den Stores.**Deine Aufgaben:*** **Strategische Sortimentsplanung & -umsetzung:** Du planst und implementierst die Sortimentsbedarfe für unsere vielfältigen Store-Formate (Fullprice, (Factory-) Outlets, Pop-Ups und Concession-Stores). Dabei stimmst du dich eng mit internen Schnittstellen ab und steuerst die Erstausstattungsmengen für saisonale Highlights und Aktionen wie zum Beispiel Weihnachten und Ostern oder Vertriebs- und Marketingaktionen.* **Aktives Monitoring & Bestandsmanagement:** Du überwachst und steuerst die geplante Aktionsware für alle Store-Formate in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management und SCM. Dies beinhaltet: + Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Lagerbestände und Durchverkaufsquoten + Identifikation von Best- und Slowsellern und bei Bedarf die Anpassung der Warenversorgung + Proaktive Vermeidung von Out-of-Stocks in den Shops + Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Lagerkapazitäten der Shops* **Kommunikation & Koordination:** Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson bei allen sortimentsbezogenen Fragestellungen. Dazu gehören: + Seasonal Category Management und Analysen zur PUSH-Sortiments-Performance + Erstellung von Sortimentsvorschlägen für zukünftige Aktionen + Effektive Steuerung von Auslaufsortimenten + Bestellung von Overstocks/Überbestandsartikeln**Dein Profil:*** Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen* Du konntest bereits 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst sammeln, idealerweise im Retail Geschäft* Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Französisch, sind ein Plus!* Auch bei einer Vielzahl an Aufgaben behältst du den Überblick, kannst deine Arbeiten eigenverantwortlich strukturieren und bist mit dem Umgang von MS Office vertraut.* Du arbeitest gerne im Team, schätzt den Austausch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen und trägst aktiv zu einem positiven Arbeitsklima bei.Deine Ansprechpartnerin: Jennifer BartzenPhone: View phone number on click.appcast.io
