ABA Therapist (Part-Time) - Join Our Team at Imagination ABA Therapy!
Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a talented ABA Therapist to join our team on a part-time/per diem basis. As a leading provider of ABA services in Ocean County, New Jersey, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatments to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
About the Role:
As an ABA Therapist at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of clients, implementing individualized ABA programs to promote meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes. Our collaborative approach ensures that therapy is tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences. You will work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and respectful approach to therapy.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
Develop and implement individualized ABA programs that align with client goals and preferences
Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and respectful approach to therapy
Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to ensure clinical excellence
