Behavior Therapist (ABA) - Bilingual Spanish
Job Summary
Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist (ABA) - Bilingual Spanish to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA-owned and operated agency, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. Responsibilities
Provide individualized ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based ABA practices, in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals
Implement and maintain effective behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies, including functional communication training and social skills training
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop data-driven treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for each client
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements
Spanish language proficiency , with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and families
Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
