Corporate RecruiterWe are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a contract, full-time Corporate Recruiter position at our office in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is also someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels at working at an individual level.Responsibilities include:Building and managing relationships with hiring managers and providing support in the recruitment processIdentifying qualified candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screensSourcing potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)Managing job applicant flow and coordinating interviews with recruiting coordinators and hiring managersCoordinate and set up interview appointments with job applicantsGather feedback from managers and continuously work as a recruitment partnerAssist with other projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related workRequirements:Must have 5+ years of experience recruiting for corporate positionsAbility to multitask, make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticismAbility to work effectively within a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentMust be able to speak, write, and understand English to communicate effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExperience with Workday is a plusAptive Intelligent Pest Control™ is redefining the industry with a smarter, more proactive approach to pest control.
