Description:
A global brand is looking for a Project Manager to facilitate, coordinate, and manage marketing communications projects to promote the businesses of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the key tenants of project management - time, budget, and deliverables across a portfolio of projects. You will manage small-to-medium sized projects for the marketing group, develop and oversee project plans, coordinate digital, print, and campaign-based communication projects, and partner with creative and marketing teams. You will plan and direct work from internal Centers of Excellence and brand teams, utilize Workfront for project management disciplines, maintain organizational standards of satisfaction and quality, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and analyze program risks with reporting to managers and stakeholders.

Requirements for the role:

• 2-5 years of experience in project management within a marketing, creative, or brand environment
• Foundational understanding of project management principles, tools, and workflows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ability to identify issues, support solutions, and escalate when needed
• Experience managing digital, print, OOH, brand activations, and video/studio-based communication projects
• Experience utilizing Workfront or similar project management tools

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant project management experience
• Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
