In this role, you will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, positioning, and bathroom needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Accurately document patient information including vital signs, intake and output, and weights.
• Deliver timely patient education and communicate effectively with peers, nursing staff, physicians, and administration.
• Adapt positively to changes and follow through on issues that may affect patient care using the proper chain of command.
• Ensure availability and organization of supplies and equipment for patient care.
• Use personal protective equipment correctly and seek guidance from registered nurses as needed.
• Demonstrate skilled communication and accountability in all interactions.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a state-approved CNA training program and certification.

Experience: Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Requirements: Valid CNA certification, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, and commitment to patient-centered care.
