Your Role with the Company:

Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities
Average patient volume of 18-20 patients per day with telehealth opportunities available
Manage a wide variety of conditions including wellness visits, hypertension, heart failure, endocrine disorders, and musculoskeletal concerns
Join a growing Family Medicine practice providing care to patients of all ages

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), APRN, MSN
