As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:1-2 years of cooking experienceMinimum education: High School (or equivalent) DiplomaExperience in managing and upholding a safe working conditionUnderstanding the knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling proceduresMust be dependableMust be able to work well in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work in a team environmentMust be able to take directionPosition Responsibilities:Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products servedAssists Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all food outlets on the propertyCarefully follows standard recipes while preparing all assigned itemsAssists the Chef/Kitchen Manager with conducting a monthly food/supplies inventoryUnderstands how to properly use and maintain the equipmentPerforms necessary clean-up and sanitation maintenance activities for all food preparation and storage facilities as directed by the Chef/Kitchen ManagerSorts and rinses dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensilsCarries clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areasChange dishwaterHelps distribute food and supplies throughout the food outletsCleans food production, holding and serving equipment when neededAssists with product receiving and/or storage of productsFull compliance with the Department of Health regulationsPerform other duties assigned by supervisor or managerBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon:Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
