Full-Time Mental Health Therapist- Recovery & S.A.F.E. Kids Program Are you passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma while supporting their recovery journey? Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling services through our integrated recovery and trauma-focused programs. This is an in-person, in-office based position located in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing substance use disorders, trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring mental health concerns. The therapist will provide services in individual, couple, family, and group counseling settings, helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful recovery. What We're Looking For: Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling; State of Florida Registered Intern or licensed clinician, required Experience providing psychotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Experience utilizing trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, RTM, and Motivational Interviewing Ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships and support clients through both trauma treatment and recovery Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole preferred but not required What We Offer: We provide a flexible Monday–Friday schedule based on client and program needs, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays including the week between Christmas and New Year, specialized training, loan forgiveness opportunities, and ongoing professional growth.
