CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a commercial real estate valuation specialist in Houston to support Portfolio Managers across multiple loan portfolios. You will perform research and financial analysis of CRE properties, loans, and portfolios, and assist with data compilation for lender decisions. You will complete valuation reports, examine income-producing properties, analyze revenue/expenses, and project stabilized operating statements, while performing loan covenant testing and OSAR‑related reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr CBRE Group, Inc.
