Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a dynamic, mission-driven physician leader passionate about the value of workplace health, regulatory compliance, and delivering measurable outcomes to both public and private sector clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Occupational Medicine (or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience)
• MRO, DOT, and IME certification highly preferred support will be provided to achieve within designated time frame if not already held
• Leadership experience in an occupational health or employee health setting
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers' Compensation guidelines
• NJ medical license or eligibility

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $215,000 to 340,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
